Awkward Goes Out with a Twist!!

This past Tuesday MTV's new hit show Awkward had its season finale and for all you Team Jake and Team Matty fans your in for a shocker! It was the winter formal and Jenna was so excited to be going with Matty (when he asked) but then Jake asked her by writing the question on a mix CD he made her but she turned him down thinking Matty was going to ask her! But when Jenna found out that Matty never told Jake about them she couldnt take it and ended it with him. Which left Matty devestated and ended up ruining a big fourtune cookie that had a written message inside asking Jenna to formal.

On the day of the formal to make it short Jenna went with Jake but soon after they left a determined Matty showed up at Jennas house in his suite then he went to go find her at the dance only to spot her and Jake making out. Jenna felt so bad but realized that it was too late for her and Matty so she stayed by Jakes side which left Matty hurt and devistated that he should have sucked it up and asked her to formal but it was too late...

In the end Jenna is with Jake, Matty is heartbroken and Jenna might have found out who worte that letter!! I know I left alot of detail out but you will just have to watch the episode on mtvs website. Till then Awkward will be back in 2012 for its second season!
